Colin O'Connor

Professional Intern (He/Him), Serving Fayetteville and Syracuse, NY.

My goal for our time together is to share with you the cognitive and behavioral skills you are interested in exploring to take on all future challenges, as well as providing the space for you to reflect on and explore deeper issues like meaning and purpose in life. I work with adults of all ages as well as adolescents.
Remember, you are not alone. Through the relationship we build, we can learn more about which patterns in your life are working for you, and which could use improvement. This may involve exploring your emotions, understanding your thinking, building intentional habits, shedding new light on the past, honoring and remembering lost relationships, finding ways to become engaged with a supportive community, and more.
I believe we all ought to take more time to consider the “givens of life” that we all experience, suffer through, and confront as we navigate our individual and collective daily struggles. Facing these big-picture existential issues, as well as changing daily-life behavior, are both processes that occur within larger power structures that shape our lives. We will work within the space and time you have available to empower you to cultivate a broader view of your Self, explore your potential, and improve your daily life.
