Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together on their own. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship conflict, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, or patterns that keep repeating no matter how hard you try to change them. Sometimes it looks like emotional overwhelm, sometimes it looks like shutting down, pushing people away, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of those patterns, and begin moving forward with more clarity.

I work with adults and young adults facing emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, interpersonal conflict, problematic sexual behaviors, domestic violence, anger management concerns, and challenges around accountability and rebuilding trust. I also have experience supporting justice-involved clients and those working through major life changes while trying to create healthier relationships with themselves and others.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and honestly challenged. My work is grounded in empathy, accountability, and real human connection. Together, we focus on understanding what is underneath the behavior, building healthier coping skills, and creating lasting change that feels sustainable; not just temporary relief.
