Allison Haskell

Counselor, MS, Master CASAC, MHC-LP (She/Her)

Hi! I am currently accepting new clients and whether you are new to counseling or have previously engaged in counseling services in the past, I would love to help you navigate life’s stressors and any areas you’d like to explore.

I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages- children, teens, young adults, and adults- as well as with couples, families and groups in private practice and community clinic settings. My experience spans supporting those navigating substance use issues, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, disordered eating, relationship and family struggles, and a range of interpersonal difficulties.

I use a person-centered, eclectic approach grounded in evidence-based practices, integrating techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy. I place a strong emphasis on mindfulness, cognitive reframing and skill-building to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

My therapeutic style is laid-back and inviting, creating a safe and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I strive to be open, communicative, and genuinely present while encouraging honest conversations without fear of judgement. In our work together, you can expect warmth, respect, and authenticity, along with a calm, grounded energy that helps make difficult topics feel more manageable. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore whatever is on your mind.

Outside of my work as a counselor, you will find me soaking up life as a new mom, enjoying time with my herd of animals, and getting outside as often as I can.
