Life can get overwhelming at times. If you’re struggling with identity, relationships, school, stress, or just feeling stuck, therapy is a safe space to pause and reflect. Hi there, I am Mehar :) I’m here to support you with empathy, curiosity, and practical tools to help you move forward. I graduated with my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Oswego, where I completed my internship at the Counseling Services Center (CSC).

I have experience and training in working with young adults, students, and individuals on the spectrum, and I understand how challenging these transitional years can be. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in mutual respect and understanding. You are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to assist you in exploring your experiences with compassion and curiosity.

I take an eclectic approach because I believe each client is unique, as are their needs and expectations. As a person of color myself, I emphasize the importance of multicultural counseling. I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse cultural, racial, and identity backgrounds. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where all aspects of one's identity are respected and understood.

When I am not in the Counseling space, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, baking watching anime and playing badminton.
