Individual Therapy 

Individual therapy (also called individual counseling or one-on-one therapy) is a personal, confidential process where a client works one-on-one with a trained mental health counselor to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life challenges. The goal is to promote mental and emotional well-being, improve self-awareness, and develop healthier coping strategies.

It provides a safe, supportive space for clients to express themselves openly and work toward personal growth, healing, or problem resolution.
