1) If you would like a Telehealth session at any time, please let our admin or your therapist know.
2) Telehealth is always an option. We use a HIPAA complaint  platform that is easy to use via phone, tablet or computer.

Research indicates that therapy yields the most effective results when conducted on a weekly basis. Sessions held bi-weekly generally do not offer the same therapeutic benefits, and it is our priority to ensure that your time and financial resources are utilized efficiently. Bi-weekly sessions are typically reserved for clients who have engaged in consistent weekly therapy for an adequate duration to achieve their treatment goals and who seek maintenance sessions to facilitate a gradual transition out of therapy.

1.) We are in network  with medicare.
2.) All other insurances, we recommend checking with your health insurance company for their mental health benefits and coverages. Most of our clients are successful with reimbursement.
